Continuous deployment Process without Pipelines feature enabled

Hi Team,

In our organisation we have started using Bibucket for version control managment. Now to build CI/CD , we want after every merge the code should be deployed to target Unix server. We want to achieve basically three 

1. As the code gets merged and approve to a dev/QC branch the code should continuously deployed to the target Linux server path directory.
2. Only changed code and scripts should get deployed to Target server.

But we didn't have 'Pipelines' and 'Deployments' services enabled.

However we have Jenkins service also available in environment.

Is there any way out we can achieve it by only Bitbucket or by integrating with Jenkins.

As I mentioned we don't have 'Pipelines' and 'Deployments'  services in the environment.
