Cant add another team member on bitbucket

I got 3 users in my (free) plan - 2 members then me. I'm adding 1 user. If my math is correct, 3 + 1 = 4. Free plan can handle upto 5 members. I'm not sure why I cant add the other 1. Please help.

Hi! I've checked your Bitbucket account and I could see that indeed you have only 3 users. Can you check that you're adding the new user to a repository for which you're the owner, and not just an admin (it could be that someone else is the owner and they're already on the 5-user limit)?

If you're still unable to add the 4th user, can you let us know to which repo are you trying to add him, and also post a screenshot of the error you're getting?
