Cannot whitelist Bitbucket Pipelines

Tried all the IPs listed here https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/what-are-the-bitbucket-cloud-ip-addresses-i-should-use-to-configure-my-corporate-firewall-343343385.html to connect through the firewall.

No luck, it fails to connect.

What type of errors do you see when it fails to connect?
