Hi all, I've just tried to create a pull request for a certain branch in my repo. But the "create pull request" button is grayed out, although I'm logged in as admin user. Is it not possible in free tarif or what else could be a reason?

Thanks in advance,

Ralf.

Hi Ralf and welcome to the community!

We do not restrict the creation of pull requests on the Free plan.

Can you please confirm if you are referring to the Create pull request button on the Pull requests page of the repo?

This button has a gray color by default:

What happens when you select it?

Could you also please let me know:

Kind regards,
Theodora

That's not possible but you can tweak your notifications preferences by clicking your avatar and going to notifications. This is new by the way.

How I've been doing for a very long time now: I have an inbox rule with all my Jira notifications and whenever I've got the time I quickly go through those emails (most can be deleted). I prefer this method over the in-product notifications.
