Per JCenter, Atlassian is a remote repository proxied in JCenter. Can we use JCenter to replace Atlassian maven repository (https://maven.atlassian.com/repository/public) to get all the Atlassian artifacts in building Atlassian products and plugin development?

You're probably best asking this question over at https://community.developer.atlassian.com where the Atlassian plugin developers are at.

But it looks like jCenter has some of the open source items - not the various apps etc (looking at http://jcenter.bintray.com ).

What are you trying to do and have you tried?
