I am trying to configure our Bitbucket user groups for a limited set of users to have create repository access but all users to be able to see the list of projects.
It appears that the ability to see the list of projects is controlled by the create repository permission? Users can still see the projects option in the menu but are refused access when they click it. They can also view the list of repositories, which project each belongs to and even click the project name to view the repositories of that project.
