Can not login to my account

After registering at https://bitbucket.org/ I can't log in into my account, When i try I get a window with information https://s3.amazonaws.com/tz9i2p4ymw/i29u53w339hq37d147.jpg I didn’t receive such a code and therefore I can not log in. I also received email yesterday https://s3.amazonaws.com/tz9i2p4ymw/29l73f66jsr2w9652k2pm4.jpg But I still haven't received the recovery code. Can you help me?

Does this concern the Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your Community account?

Checking in our system, I can see that the recovery email was sent about 19 hours ago.

Could you please confirm if you have received it and if you've been able to access your account?
