Can I configure the granularity of notification emails sent out by stash?

Basically what is described in the title. We have found Stash to be good overall, but for a number of guys on our team, the noise is a bit of a deal-breaker. Is there any way of configuring what gets sent out?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to configure it at the moment. You might want to vote/watch the following feature request:
