 Once a plan has been upgraded how long before we can see the update and access Bitbucket?

Hello Maria and welcome to the Community!

When you upgrade Bitbucket from Free to a Standard plan or above, you should have access to the new tier once the payment has been processed. You can find more about upgrading your plan at Plans and billing: Upgrade your plan.
