Bitbucket permission: DB table reference

I am looking to find the permission type in Bitbucket. I found a table STA_PERMISSION_TYPE where PERM_ID is representing different permission type (i.e. 8= REPO-ADMIN, 4=PROJECT-ADMIN).

Where in DB i can find what does 0 to 9 means? I am looking for table name.

have you been successful in figuring out what PERM_WEIGHT presents what permission type?

I'm having the exact same question 1 year later :D
