Bitbucket Server - 503 error when cloning

Brennon Bortz December 13, 2019

I have a fresh install of Bitbucket Server 6.9.0. When I try to clone a repository on the server itself or on another machine on the same network segment, I have no problems doing so. When I try to clone the repository from a machine on a different network segment, I receive:

fatal: unable to access 'http://<my-bitbucket-domain-name>/scm/my/myrepo.git/': The requested URL returned error: 503

I have Bitbucket set with its main port as 80. I have tried enabling/disabling HTTPS. I do not have a proxy server setup in front of Bitbucket. I can access the Bitbucket site itself on this server with no issues from the computer on which I can't clone the repo. Any suggestions?
