Bitbucket Backup Client ERROR A backup could not be created Connection refused (Connection refused)

Hello,

Me and my team are trying to run the bitbucket-backup-client-3.3.4 with the bitbucket version 5.11.1.
When I run the client it initializes and then suddenly breaks with this error:

ERROR A backup could not be created
org.springframework.web.client.ResourceAccessException: Unable to connect to localhost:7990; nested exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
 at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Native Method)
 at java.net.AbstractPlainSocketImpl.doConnect(AbstractPlainSocketImpl.java:350)
 ... 44 more frames available in the log file

We also try to use the exact domain name of the server in the bitbucket.baseUrl param, but it returns the same error.

Sorry for not being responding to this earlier. Hope the issue has been fixed as of now. 

If not, then please check if your certificate is a self-signed one. 

You can follow the steps as mentioned in this article.
