Hi,

We were using Gerrit before and there was nice flow for verification of commit. It worked on push request.

When developer was pushing to any branch, automated verification job was started in Jenkins (it was simple build of the project), build result was sent beck to Gerrit. Also team lead of developer had to verify this push.

If both: verification build and approve from team lead, are ok, then CI Jenkins job was triggered.

Is there anything looking same in Stash? As I see there is some kind of flow that includes verification of team lead (other developer in team), but what about verification job in jenkins?

Stash support pull requests. You can configure checks like minimum number of successful builds:  https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/Checks+for+merging+pull+requests

Also there are some plugins that can add check hooks for pushes to repository:
