Pull Request on Cloud BitBucket is getting stuck

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm trying to create a pull request from a child to the parent branch on the bitbucket cloud.
The pull request window is open with the right branches in the header.
But the submits parts are endlessly loading.
Has anyone encountered such an issue?
