getting error while connection to the database

Error accessing database: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

Hello rizwansiddiqu1

The above error means the Postgres Database is not accesible on port 5432, please refer How to troubleshoot Bamboo connectivity issues with Databases  to understand how to troubleshoot this.
