browser opened thru Selenium is not visible when run thru bamboo plan

We are running Bamboo plans that uses Maven task to open a browser using Selenium in Bamboo server. When this plan is executed then there is no real browser is shown when we try to see after logging in Bamboo server. Those browser instances are increasing when see thru Task manager in Bamboo machine.

We noted that we are logged in as a different user and in task manager, all new browsers are being invoked System user. I suspect there is no way to log into Bamboo windows server as a system that is why these browsers are not visible to other user. 

can someone confirm this and also suggests if there any way to see these real browser opening ? thanks

Sorry for the late response but hopefully this helps you going forward.

I found an old case where Telerik addressed the issue with browser windows opening. In general you want to make sure that the CI agent service is not running as a LOCAL SYSTEM service and to make sure it's running as a local user per the Running Bamboo as a Windows service as the local user knowledge base article.
