bamboo plugin update does not seem to take.

modified a string with a version to a bamboo var.  wrote version to string from a bamboo var, i set the var to 8.3.

However I've uploaded several times and it still uses to old version with the 8.1 hard-coded into the path string?

This leads me to believe that although bamboo uploads the obr fine it doesn't seem to run that new version.
