Where can I find a detailed description of the content of the backup zip file in bamboo server

We are using bamboo to backup bamboo but we'd like to add detailed information of the content in the backup file to our playbooks. Is there a place where I can find this information?

The format is not documented. I recommend using FS-level and DB-level backup of your Bamboo data.
