Hi,

Wo found out, that this Bamboo plan is not good for us and next level - we cannot afford, to expensive. Please cancel SEN-12952110.

We're not Atlassian support, we're end-users like yourself.  However, you may have landed here when asking for support because the $10 licences are not directly supported by Atlassian - they ask you to ask the community first.

We can't "cancel" your licence.  Also, there is no "cancel" for Server licences - you usually just let them lapse after the first year.  (If you bought within a month though, you can request a refund for anything above the $10 licence)
