My Bamboo Plan Stage2 runs before Stage1 when I trigger the build, how to change that?

Hi,

I created a bamboo plan and I had Stage1 and Stage2 under that.

FYI.. Stage1 has its own tasks in correct order and Stage 2 has its own tasks. 

When I trigger the build, Stage2 is getting started immediately. Not sure why this is happening? Is there any possibility to fix this? 

Moreover this is not happening all the times, During my nightly build it works perfect. When I trigger manually, Stage2 is getting started sometimes.

Request for an early help.
