Merge 2 Bamboo Servers

We have 2 Bamboo servers running separating in our organisation and we want to merge all the projects into 1 Bamboo servers.

The servers run different projects and the Export/Import model in Bamboo looks like it will wipe out project configurations on the target server.

Is there a way to cherry pick the projects to export and import in Bamboo?

No simple way. Copying the data manually or engaging an Atlassian expert are your only options.

You might want to consider turning your plans into scripts - see Plan Creation Scripting (part of Bamboo Command Line Interface (CLI) support). They could then be applied to other Bamboo instances. That has other benefits, but, it would still take a lot of time depending on your situation.
