How to integrate Jira approval for Bamboo deployments?

I am using JIRA-Bitbucket-Bamboo for CI/CD. 

Is it possible for an approved Jira to automatically trigger bamboo builds without writing an external script/ server? Also is it possible to disallow any deployments without any linked Jira in approved state?
