How to I declare docker capabilities for a remote agent?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring remote agent capabilities using bamboo-capabilities.properties

Install the docker-engine on the remote agent. Docker will be detected by the remote-agent jar file and published to the Bamboo server. Manual capability configuration is generally not needed
