Bamboo can process any JUnit XML file outputted by a JUnit test run, for example: https://github.com/notnoop/hudson-tools/blob/master/toJunitXML/sample-junit.xml

How Could I get output of xml file by my Junit test case

There is no requirement of having an XML file to be able to run a JUnit test, it usually produces one though which is required if you want Bamboo to interpret the test results.
