Cannot start build with hg command

Starting to get sources via hg error occures:

Error encountered while triggering manual build: com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.hg.HgCommandException: command [C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\hg.exe, log, --follow, --debug, --verbose, --style, C:\Windows\Temp\hg.style6357838373661287810.tmp ...

Java exception:

Caused by: org.dom4j.DocumentException: Error on line 2 of document : Invalid byte 2 of 4-byte UTF-8 sequence. Nested exception: Invalid byte 2 of 4-byte UTF-8 sequence. at org.dom4j.io.SAXReader.read(SAXReader.java:355) at com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.hg.HgChangesetExtractor.extractSingleEntry(HgChangesetExtractor.java:32) ... 7 more

Main culprit is 'ä' and 'ö' characters in hg log messages. How can I solve this problem?

check https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-10644 - seems to me this is the same issue.
