Bamboo Error: Error occurred while saving build results. Reindex failed

We have Bamboo v5.1.1 b3902 running on Linux with 4 core, 8mb memory and 32gb of 150gb available.

Our builds are completing, but we get this error often in Bamboo: Error occurred while saving build results. Reindex failed. (Error Details)

(java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError : org/apache/lucene/index/IndexableField)....

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.lucene.index.IndexableField

Any ideas on what is happening and how to remedy?

Can you check if the user who is running Bamboo has access to all the folders (installation and Home folder)?
