Updating DueDate based on description

Question

Hi, I'm looking to have due dates for tickets automatically set based on a text string in the tickets description. does anyone know if this is possible or how to do that?

Hi @JZ

Yes, that should be possible with Automation for Jira (A4J).  You do not indicate if you are using the Cloud or Server/Data Center version of Jira.  For Cloud, A4J is built-in.  For Server/Data Center, there is a free (Lite) or a paid (Pro) version of A4J.
