Prompt the user if a field value changed

Hi everybody.

Is there a way to force a prompt to the user so he can enter a justification if he updates a field value?

Hi @Filipe Dias Yes, you can use an automation to add a comment to the ticket. See the attached screenshot of the automation I use when the linked issue type is blocked.Screenshot 2024-03-27 at 2.22.59 PM.png

Thank you for your reply.

The use case you show me is not exactly what I need.

Your automation adds a comment to the ticket. I don't want the automation to add the comment, I want to force the user to comment if he changes the value of a field, so, I need the automation to open a prompt so the user can say why he's changing the value.
