Hey! Here is a workflow I need to implement
Right now I got to the point of creating a new user but how can I connect them to the ticket with automation?
Please advise!
In theory, you can add 2 more actions after the "Add new customer"
Add a Re-fetch issue Data, so that the new customer is reflected in the further steps, and using the Edit Issue, update the Request Participants field to include the newly added customer using the same smart value as before.
