Automation with 3rd parties

Hi,

I wanted to know is there is plan to extend Automation for Jira Cloud with 3rd parties apps ?

Is there available API that we can use for triggers or actions ?

There open suggestions in the backlog for both of these ideas.  Unfortunately, it is the Code Barrel (now part of Atlassian) so we cannot watch/vote for them.
