An Incident with a status of "Resolved" should automatically change to "Closed" status after 3 days.

@Merve Bilgin ,

You need to use automation rule with schedule job where you can use the JQL to identify issues which are resolved 3 days before and the in the action you can move those issue to Closed Status.
