What is the best way to capture and answer questions in confluence?

Aaron January 12, 2020

I'm currently helping to to set up an internal AUG and part of this involves creating somewhere for the wider users to ask questions and the AUG members to answer ?(much like what I'm doing now I guess ).

Does anyone have any particular suggestion/plugins/tips/advice as the best way to do this? I have some of the team looking at Confluence questions so far.

Currently it is another application being used, similar to reddit, to capture but this isn't accessible to the entire user base across sites. Confluence is and why wouldn't I want to use and promote the tools the questions are about!

As always, thanks in advance.

Aaron
