Just had a thought about Hybrid cloud model system and microservices based system development.
For example if Google is a cloud provider and so is IBM and AWS or Microsoft and then we have players like dbt labs(Databricks) and Atlassian cloud. So is it that we are redistributing everything in cloud ? then what is the future of on-prem? Is it still advisable to have legacy systems on servers or completely go serverless and build the future on multi cloud systems? Completely advanced sytems using apis and thirdparty apps on multi distributed regions?
Will that be sustainable? Just a curious mind at work. I love working on cloud but just wondering if someone else also resonates with my thoughtprocess?
