Weird behaviors using Atlassian cloud products recently

Hi,has anyone found there’s any weird behavior from Atlassian cloud products recently? I got some, for example:
  • A user can’t see the Parent field for a specific Task issue, but can see it for all other issues;
  • When a user mentions someone else in Page comment or Resolve Issue screen, the mentioned user account id shows there, but not the name.
  • When a user transitions a Task to Done status, she can see the status changed, but when she refresh the page, no history and the status is still the original one. In fact, there’s a resolve issue screen when transitioning to Done status, but for her case, there was not that screen pop out.

I see similar weird behaviors:

- When I change the rank in the backlog using drag and drop, the issue is coming back to the same place. When I do it the same once again, everything works.

- When I add a comment on the transition screen, I have to refresh the page to see a comment and new status.
