Our former Jira administrator left the company a while back and was deleted from the platform. Beforehand, he transferred all the admin rights to other users - except the Billing Admin role. This was learned only after his account was already deleted. There is/was nobody else with that role.
Since then, we've tried to remove him from that role but were unable to do so since Atlassian requires at least one Billing Admin to be set. At the same time, we also can't add new admins as only a Billing Admin can add other Billing Admins.
Is there a way to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
