Atlassian University

Hello Atlassian Team and Community, I am currently following a learning path at Atlassian University, and I usually receive my certifications and badges right away. However, this time I am not receiving them, and I am unsure why.

Additionally, when I seek help, I am redirected to a completely different site called Intellum where i dont have an account.

My main question is: where can I find assistance regarding badges that I have earned but have not yet been assigned? Thank you!

It is about this path:

and here are the pictures of all are passed:

Hello Julius,

Thanks for raising this question on Community. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble receiving your badgets.

I got in contact with the Atlassian University team about this problem. They let me know that there were changes made to Atlassian University content last year, where completing courses or learning paths now will no longer earn you a Fundamentals badge. Note that users who have previous earned Fundamentals badges will still retain them.

Some “Get the most out of” Learning Paths will earn you a Certificate of Completion. If earned, users can find their Certificates of Completion under My Profile:

If you earned a Fundamentals badge by completing a course, it won't be displayed in the University tab under My profile in Community. Only actual certifications are displayed there (once Community and Certmetrics are linked correctly). These certifications can be earned by taking an exam with our vendor PSI. Our available exams can be found here:

 https://university.atlassian.com/student/activity/2227506-certifications#/page/670e956da1887954d1e6d3db

Since you are having issues linking your Certmetrics profile with your Community account, we went ahead and escalated this to our developer. I have provided the Atlassian University team with your details to include in the escalation.

In the meantime, can you please try following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear cache and cookies
  2. Use Incognito Modes
  3. Disable VPN
  4. Try from a different device
  5. Use a different browser

Thank you,

Hi @julius schulze

We were investigating the issue but we couldn't find a Certmetrics account associated with your email address.

Can you raise a ticket on the portal below and reference UNIOPS-4019?

Hi @julius schulze ,

Go to https://university.atlassian.com/student/plan , Click on the passed course and then you can view the badge

Thank you, but it’s not even listed here. This one isn't listed either. As you can see by the previous shared ones, they are all from today.

Hey @Rilwan Ahmed

Unfortunately, I haven't received any additional responses, so I'm curious about your intentions. You mentioned something quite obvious, which doesn't really help me, and I don't think it was what I was looking for.

I'm not very familiar with the Atlassian community, but I notice many posts where someone answers but does not truly solve the problem.

After that, it seems like nothing happens again, and I'm left wondering what the benefit of this is.

Thank you!
