Hey Atlassian Community! Ready to nail your adoption and change management plan?

Making changes in your organization is no small feat. Whether you’re introducing new products, migrating from Data Center to Cloud, or onboarding new teams, perfecting the technical aspects of your rollout is just the beginning. By having a robust change management plan in place, you’ll enhance team efficiency, reduce time to value, and achieve better business outcomes.

Did you know that initiatives with effective change management are six times more likely to meet their objectives compared to those without (Source: Prosci)? This is because having a comprehensive plan with the right resources, training, and support means your users can hit the ground running on day one without missing a beat.

So, what does a successful adoption and change management plan look like? And how can you ensure that your plan drives tangible results? Join our upcoming webinar on August 15-16 to get the answers you need. Atlassian experts Ingrid Blake, Principal Product Manager, and Rachel Fischer, Customer Success Manager, will discuss:

  • Strategies for efficiently planning and executing a large-scale rollout of Atlassian solutions

  • Tips for developing an effective plan for training, support, and communication to ensure successful change management

  • Onboarding resources and templates

Building a successful adoption and change management program enables you to:

1. Save time and money

Building a plan as part of your comprehensive migration strategy, and being thoughtful in a rollout will help make the change sustainable. Without a solid plan, you risk having to redo the rollout later on if your teams don't adapt to the change.

2. Reduce shadow IT

By rolling out Atlassian products strategically, your teams will have a clear understanding of how and when to use a given Atlassian product for their departmental use cases. If their technology needs are met, they have access to appropriate training materials, and they have a feedback channel to suggest improvements, they’ll be less likely to purchase and spin up their own instances of Atlassian products or collaborate outside of IT-approved services. That means you can avoid the technical, billing, and security frustrations associated with shadow IT.

3. Increase productivity

Having a plan in place with the right training resources and support means your users will be able to get up and running from day one without missing a beat. Instead of wasting time finding new login details or searching for documentation, users will be able to stay focused on their key business objectives.

Secure your spot today to learn how you can build and optimize your adoption and change management strategy.
