Moving an Atlassian Organization to a different Atlassian account

We are in the process of acquiring another organization and are looking to move JSM, Bitbucket and Confluence from the old Atlassian account to our Atlassian account. 

We want to keep the two Atlassian organization separate in the existing company.

I have found several articles online, but looking for additional advice.

What have others done? What went well? Not so well?

What do we need to set up before the move?

Can you clarify what exactly you are referring to when you say your "Atlassian account"?

Do you mean that you want to keep the acquired products as separate URLs but have them grouped under your current Atlassian Organization?

Do you mean that you want to keep them in a separate Atlassian Organization with its own organization-level settings, but with your administrators have the ability to administer that Organization and its products?

We would prefer to keep separate URLs if possible but are looking for the simplest option.
