Migrating old cloud site to new cloud site with XRAY issues

Hey guys,

Trying to migrate cloud to cloud using backup and restore/ native cloud migration by Atlassian - both ways I'm getting no data inside the XRAY issues as test details.

Attached two screenshots, one of them the source with the data and the other one is the target with no data.

someone maybe know the solution?

Unfortunately, support for migrating marketplace app data between two cloud sites isn't a native feature we offer presently. Whether you're using the recommended Copy Product Data feature in Cloud Admin or the Backup -> Restore flow through Jira, please add your vote to our Suggestion on jira.atlassian.com here so we can highlight to our product teams. 

There is a workaround, it's pretty convoluted but its detailed on this page here (Option 2), and involves a reverse migration. You could migrate the projects that have Xray issues back to a Data Center instance (on a free trial) and then use the Server to Cloud Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to migrate those projects including Xray data to your target cloud site. Xray data is supported through the Migration Assistant. For this I'd strongly recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support. 

+1 to @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ 's comment earlier about reaching out directly to Xray support, they may provide some custom migration tools to get your data linked up for cloud to cloud using the Backup/Site Import method you've adopted.
