Do I need to migrate TestRail to cloud

I am prepping for our Jira cloud migration and was wondering if I MUST also migrate our server TESTRAIL instance or if I can keep my server version while Jira is on Cloud

You can connect your Jira cloud instance to an on-prem Testrail instance. I did exactly that when we migrated from Jira Server to Jira Cloud last year. You have to make sure your edge firewall allows the Atlassian IP ranges to connect to your Testrail instance and install the free TestRail for JIRA Test Management app in Jira: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213701/testrail-test-management-integration-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
