Creation of dashboard from Jira 1 to Jira 3

This may be fairly simple we are migrating from Jira 1 to Jira 3 I need to migrate a dashboard that will be similar to Jira 1 moving into Jira 3.

I'm unclear about what your question is. Can you provide more information?

Is your source system Jira Server, Jira Data Center, or Jira Cloud?

Is your destination system Jira Server, Jira Data Center, or Jira Cloud?

Are you asking how to migrate just the one dashboard, or are you asking about migrating dashboards as part of the larger effort to migrate projects, filters, agile boards, and other dashboards?

Jira 1?  Wow, that's very very old.  I've been an Atlassian admin since <mumble date that screams that I'm old> and I started with a Atlassian between Jira 2 and Confluence 1.

But, Jira 1 to Jira 3 is not difficult, as long as you go through Jira 2.

I have a feeling that your numbers are local to your systems, not actually Jira 1 and 3.  Coould you tell us a bit more?
