We value your feedback! - Natural Language Search in Jira

Hi all,

Hope you have been enjoying the Atlassian Intelligence experience so far! The team here at Jira NL Search have very much had a blast building it for you.

One of our main goals of releasing these features in a closed private beta is to gather as much feedback and input from our users as possible - we really want to improve the Atlassian suite in a way that is truly beneficial to your day-to-day ways of working as a team.

With that being said, I'd love to chat 1:1 with as many of you - our earliest adopters and most passionate users of AI at Atlassian - as I can. My goal for these sessions is to have a candid discussion around how you've found the feature(s) so far, and if there is anything you'd wish we would improve before we make them generally available to everyone.

Hi @Jordan Koukides we managed to get early access to the Atlassian Intelligence for Confluence and so far it has been quite helpful. How do we go about getting access to the Atlassian Intelligence for Jira? Any chance we can also join the early access for that one... The team is very eager to give it a try as well 😊

Keen to start this but cant until we have confirmation on the differences between the T&C and the privacy policy.

Any chance you could help get this answered, so I can jump onboard?

Adding on -- I'm also unclear on how to actually use this, but would like to try. I'm using AI for Confluence & Service Mgmt right now... I don't have the option to enable it for Jira in settings.

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place, but regarding natural/native questions for Virtual Agent (VA) - if the question is asked in Croatian, the answer is a mixture of Croatian and Serbian. While that isn't such a big deal (as these two languages are pretty similar), it would be cool if the replies and/or suggestions that AI offers would contain information from which to which language it has been translated.

Also, regarding the answer in VA, there are also still some English parts left in the answer (e.g., "...Read more here...").

That said, maybe something similar could be looked at in AI search in Jira. We don't have it enabled so I can't give it a go.

Also, an idea - maybe there could be a way/button to translate the answer given by AI back to the original content language.

Again, apologies if this isn't the place for this feedback (I saw the correlation as we're talking about natural/native language).

Hey @Tomislav Tobijas -- chiming in from the virtual agent team! Thank you for the feedback. Multiple languages isn't something we officially support yet, its just something we semi get for free at the moment. We do have worked planned to properly support it. 

Also, an idea - maybe there could be a way/button to translate the answer given by AI back to the original content language.
