As mentioned, will we (Marketplace Partners) have an opportunity to develop products around the Guard product? There's a lot of great features in standard and premium where we could see some value in improving on our apps with.

Another thought is if we can develop integrations for Guard that could be sequenced during some of the threat detection workflows or the notification/actions that can be triggered by Guard?

I can see a scenario where Guard has an integration story where it can allow developers to bring in other products to the supply chain of identity.

Hi @Darin - Opus Guard Would love to hear more about potential use cases you're thinking about. We approach building Atlassian Guard with API-first mentality and aiming to expose all functionality we do in Atlassian Guard via public APIs.

In particular we already have APIs to control Data Classification levels and partially manage Data Security Policies. We're also planning to publish extensive user documentation and various cook books for these APIs.

We're looking to build some compliance automation into our Marketplace App (Content Retention Manager for Confluence/Jira) for customers using Guard + Guard Premium which leverages the data classification function.

As an aside, as the former Auth0/Okta extensibility PM, I would like to highlight there's an ecosystem opportunity in extending the identity workflows in Guard (Access). A good example would be alternative biometric offerings, identity verification flows on registration, and even some fraud detection services such as Persona. A thought here is the flows of how users go through Atlassian Guard is very much a workflow with triggering points that can create synchronous and asynchronous opportunities for enterprises to use other services to improve the security posture presented by Guard.
