Hello everyone! I'm Gareth and currently I'm involved with designing and implementing and end-to-end ITSM solution using Jira for a computer gaming company.

I was a senior consultant for an Atlassian platinum partner for a number of years, and so have extensive experience across the entire product suite, including a number of the more popular add-ons like ScriptRunner and Insight.
