From what it seems you are having issues to login to one Atlassian product using SAML SSO, is that right?

Could you please provide us the information if you are the person who configured the SAML SSO? Also, are you using Atlassian Cloud or Server/Data Center?

What is the IdP that you are using?

I'm using AppleConnect to sign in Compass, but failed with this error.
