Today, we wanted to let you know about an upcoming change that may impact your audit log retention as it pertains to Atlassian Access.
Audit log data expiration
To comply with the industry standard for data retention, Atlassian Access audit logs will automatically expire after six months and will be permanently deleted. Since the feature was launched on April 24, 2019, the first logs will be deleted on October 24, 2019. If you would like to retain a record of logs older than six months, please export them via CSV before this date and moving forward. Read our documentation for more details on how to export your logs.
