Atlas instance was configured by a user that had to much access

Hi,

I'm trying to see how the instance of Atlas was started.  It was turned on without going through the usual processes for managing new products within our enterprise and I'm looking for a way to see how this happened.  I have checked the audit logs but cannot find any indication.
