The challenge I'm facing is the following:
I work with these three groups:
A engineering team which develops products.
A implementation/delivery team that implements those product into the clients
A business team that are responsible for the client relationships and deliveries.
I need to connect those 3 teams providing visibility of what is being planned what is being delivered and what is new.
Currently I use Jira Software for both engineering and delivery team and Atlas to communicate with the business partners, but I didn't find a good way to use projects in a way that I can show the product results and the plan to get the product into the clients.
Any recommendation, experiences ?
