AIO Tests

We currently utilize Jira software with 30 developers. Our intention is to incorporate AIO for testing purposes, though presently, we only have three testers. Could you confirm whether this falls under the free tier, as it's below the 10-user threshold specified in your pricing model? If not, kindly advise on any associated costs for these three QA users.

Hi Sagar,

As per Atlassian policy, the pricing for the Cloud version of the add-on is determined by the number of active users in Jira, irrespective of the actual number of users using the add-on. For example: If your are being billed for 250 Jira users by Atlassian, then the add-on will also be billed for 250 users, even if only 100 users are using the add-on.

So in your case, you will be billed for all 30 users not the 3 QA users. At this point, for 30 users, the cost will be $45 USD; which will get added to your Jira's monthly bill.
