In the new paid version of the Actions app, we're introducing two key features that will significantly enhance the capabilities of your Customer Portal:

  1. Support for Unlicensed Jira Users: One of the exciting features included in the new paid version is the support for unlicensed Jira users. This means that all users of your Customer Portal can now fully utilize the app's features without any limitations. This ensures that everyone on your team can benefit from the enhanced functionality and streamline their workflows effectively.

  2. Workflow Actions Configuration: With the new paid version, you gain the ability to configure workflow actions according to your specific requirements. As a Jira Administrator, you can easily add custom workflow actions by configuring selected transitions, editable fields, and edit permissions. This allows users of your Customer Portal to conveniently update their requests with the most recent information at the right moment, aligning with the work of your service desk agents. 🔧
